John Nance, JD, and a group of safety leaders will help us celebrate this our 120th webinar of our high performer series marking our 10th anniversary.
We will be addressing what we have learned from the high impact patient safety target areas of the past and how we can drive accountability for the changes we need in 2019 and beyond as we target issues of Threat Safety Science.
A reactor panel of patient advocates and subject specific experts will react to the presentation.

Learning Objectives:
- Awareness: Participants will understand and be able to discuss important patient and caregiver safety highlights of the last decade and specific actionable opportunities for the future.
- Accountability: Participants will understand who may be accountable for responding to, and prioritizing, the opportunities for improvement related to patient and caregiver safety for 2019 and beyond.
- Ability: Participants will learn about competencies important to to patient and caregiver safety issues of the future.
- Action: Participants will learn what actions they may need to take in order to improve patient safety and caregiver safety risk in 2019 and beyond.
