Session Overview

The COVID Crisis and driven a “new normal”.  Patient and caregiver safety are an entirely new ball game.  This program will address the actions leaders can take, new and former safe practices, and how we can leverage new and existing technologies to improve safety for everyone.

  • What are the best Leadership strategies and tactics?
  • What existing and new Best Practices we can employ?
  • How do we leverage existing and new Technologies?

  • Ability:  Participants will learn about the skills and know how necessary to employ leadership, practices, and technology innovations to help close gaps in safety of patients and caregivers.
  • Action:  Participants may understand what line-of-sight actions may be taken immediately in the areas of leadership, practices, and technology to help close gaps in safety of patients and caregivers.
