Learning Objectives:

  • Awareness:  Participants will learn how to apply the the concepts of static and dynamic factors to active assailant events.
  • Accountability:  Participants will learn who may be personally accountable for making changes now to address static and dynamic critical factors.
  • Ability:  Participants will learn what financial, operational, and educational resources must be applied to make an organization “able” to improve.
  • Action:  Participants will learn line-of-sight actions that in aggregate can impact the reduction of harm to those who serve and those they serve.
