The National Quality Forum Safe Practices for Better Healthcare - 2009 set of Safe Practices has been carefully harmonized across the national quality, certifying, and purchasing organizations, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, The Joint Commission, The Leapfrog Group, the Agency for Healthcare Quality and Research, and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
